Mommy/Daddy and Me:

This group is a place to process the changes which are happening to your life, body, and relationship. Enjoy the support of an experienced facilitator and build community with fellow new parents. Mental health assessment required before joining.  Starts mid September. $25 per session, insurance accepted. Lap infants and breastfeeding welcome.
